Death Takes C.S. Cleaver, Pioneer Here

 

Charles S. Cleaver, who was born in Chicago in 1848, died yesterday at

Conway, Ark., where he had been living for the last few years with a

son, Phillip F. Cleaver.

 

Mr. Cleaver entered the business world as an employee of John V.

Farwell & Co., later being connected with an electrical firm. Leaving

this, he entered the Real Estate business, promoting the section first

known as Cleaverville, and later as Oakland on the south side.
