Coburn, Alice Thompson – 1947
I, ALICE THOMPSON COBURN, 1034 Linden Avenue, Cook County, Wilmette, Illinois, being of sound mind and memory and mindful of the uncertainties of human life, do make, publish and declare this to be My Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills, bequests, and devises by me made.
FIRST – It is my will that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and all other charges be paid out of my estate.
SECOND – I give, devise, and bequeath all of the remainder of my property, real, personal and mixed, to my beloved brother, Alonzo John Coburn of 1034 Linden Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois.
THIRD – I hereby nominate and appoint Miner T. Coburn the executor of this, My Last Will and Testament, and direct that no bond be required for the faithful performance of said trust, and hereby authorize him to compound, compromise, and settle any claim or demand which may be in favor, or against my estate, and to do and perform all things necessary and proper in the premises to carry out this, My Last Will.
FOURTH – In the event that my brother, Alonzo John Coburn shall predecease me, then I give, devise, and bequeath all of my property, real, personal and mixed, to my nephew, Miner T. Coburn.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 1st day of February 1947.

The above and foregoing instrument was on this 1st day of February, 1947, signed, sealed, published and declared before us, and each of us, by ALICE THOMPSON COBURN, to be her Last Will and Testament, and we have signed our names as witnesses to said instrument in her presence and in the presence of each other on the day and year above written, and at the time of the execution, of said instrument, said Alice Thompson Coburn was of sound and disposing mind and memory and subject to no undue influence.
